We have a great team of craftsman and designers.  Each one brings their own special set of skills to the project but we are all unified by the same goals creating beautiful landscapes and lasting relationships.

Owners

joel-prattJoel Pratt: Joel oversees the landscape operations keeping everything and everybody moving efficiently. He is very skilled on heavy equipment and great with problem solving.  A good eye for aesthetics and a natural ability for heavy equipment make him one of the best operators in Thurston County.

landen-mooreLanden Moore:  Landen oversees all the divisions of the company, but is primarily involved in customer relations and design implementation.  He has a passion for creating beautiful landscapes and a strong desire to share that passion with others, both  through training like-minded team members and showing homeowners what is possible in their own yards.

Design Sales and Administrative Team

Josha Dupere BLA:   Josha has a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and has been a design associate with Nature Perfect since May 2016. He finds great joy in the process of transforming the customer’s goals into thoughtful and beautiful designs that are easy to maintain and have timelesss, elegant appeal. Josha loves seeing this collaborative effort come to life after the designs are built.

Tyler Woodland BLA:   Tyler is a design associate with a Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture.  Designing with Nature Perfect since 2013, he has a good understanding of landscape construction techniques and at times helps as a craftsman during the construction of projects .  Tyler is a great listener and takes pride in producing designs that combine the style of Nature Perfect with your own unique tastes and needs.

 

Kenneth Peck – Landscape Design:   Kenneth joined our team in 2017 and has been designing and building residential landscapes for over 30 years. He been the owner of his own successful landscape design/build companies and has hands-on experience in all manner of landscape design and construction.

Alan Rose – Estimator/Project Coordinator:   Alan has been in the landscape design/build field for almost 30 years. His knowledge of hardscapes, NW Native & Ornamental plants, and irrigation along with his experience in managing crews and customer service have made Alan a great fit with Nature Perfect. Alan works with our designers to turn their vision of your project into a proposal that fits your budget. He does much of the preliminary ordering of materials, helping to ensure all the details of your installation have been addressed.

Lead Craftsmen (Jobsite Foreman)

andy-hall-foremanAndy Hall:  Andy has been with Nature Perfect for the past eight years.  He has proven himself as a skilled stone worker and a talented landscaper able to take on some of the most difficult and intricate designs.  His passion for beautiful stone work and eye for detail have allowed him to raise the bar for what is expected from our craftsman.

steven-walker-foremanSteven Walker:  Steven started with us five years ago and has quickly established himself as a lead craftsman.  He has a passion for making beautiful water features and amazing landscapes .  His desire for efficiency and willingness to master anything put in front of him really set him apart from the crowd.

Craftsman and Apprentices

We also have a great team of apprentices that work alongside each lead craftsman learning to master the trade and developing a passion for what we do. Each one has a great attitude,  good work ethic, and a level of skill in the industry.  We are proud of our team and not afraid to say it because when it comes down to it they are really reason we can continue to create beautiful  works of art throughout the Northwest.
